Refunds
These are the rules every screen in CineConnect follows.
| What | Refund |

| A seat in a room | Full refund until the doors open. Seats not used on the night aren't refunded. |
| A seat online | Full refund until the film starts. |
| A night called off | Everyone refunded in full, automatically. |
| An online screening below its minimum | If too few seats are taken the day before, it's called off and everyone is refunded. |
| The event changes | If what's happening at a screening changes after you book, you're told and can cancel for a full refund. |
| A rental | Full refund within 24 hours if you haven't pressed play. |
| A purchase | Full refund within 24 hours if you haven't pressed play. After that, only if the film can't be delivered. |
| A gift | Not refundable. |
| A sponsorship | Refunded in full if the night is called off. |
Refunds go back the way you paid, in 5 to 7 working days, and show on your receipt with the date.
